These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Lovely, LLC ("Lovely," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Lovely mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Lovely.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lovely.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovely. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Lovely on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
To use Lovely, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:
You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Lovely is a subscription-based service. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described within the app and may change over time. Current pricing is available at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to Lovely until that date.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any previously charged period.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are governed solely by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Lovely does not have the ability to issue or deny refunds for purchases made through these platforms. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their standard support channels.
For subscriptions purchased directly through Lovely, all sales are final. Lovely reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances but is under no obligation to do so.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Lovely only for its intended purpose: supporting your personal relationship. You agree not to:
Lovely allows you to store personal information about your partner to generate personalized suggestions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter about your partner. By entering your partner's information, you represent that:
Lovely is not responsible for how you choose to act upon AI suggestions. All relationship decisions remain entirely your own.
Lovely uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, reminders, and conversational responses. You acknowledge that:

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within Lovely are owned by Lovely, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Any content you input into Lovely (reflections, notes, partner details) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant Lovely a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovely disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated suggestions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lovely, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event will Lovely's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lovely, LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
